Applied Care Services (ACS) seeks creative individuals to join our innovative team dedicated to making a significant impact on our client, by doing small things with a great heart.
As part of the ACS team, you’ll engage as an independent contractor in the role of an ARMHS practitioner. Your primary focus will be on motivating and supporting adult recipients in setting and achieving their goals and managing their mental health symptoms.
We are actively looking for candidates to work with our team who meet one of the following criteria:
· Hold a Master’s or another graduate depress in a mental health discipline.
· Be a graduate student currently enrolled in a mental health discipline program.
· Possess a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2,000 hours working with clients with mental illness.
· Alternatively, applicants can have a high school degree with a minimum of 6,000 hours of experience delivering mental health services to clients with mental illness.
As an independently contracted ARMHS Mental Health Practitioner, you can anticipate:
· Working collaboratively in a positive, respectful environment where your input is valued.
· Receiving the necessary training and support to effectively assist clients.
· Creating a flexible schedule in collaboration with your clients.
· Flexible hours and competitive pay rates.
· Accrued hours to use as you see fit, and bonuses possible 2x a year.
As part of our team, you will have opportunity for professional growth, including leading skills groups in person or virtually, as well as experiencing a comprehensive range of services offered clients at ACS.
Compensation is commensurate with your experience and qualifications, with an hourly pay ranging from $23 to $26 to start. Travel is reimbursed at $27.00 per hour or $0.45 per minute of travel. Training time is paid as well.
